The source for Epstein being an FBI informant is a Miami Herald report that notes that Epstein provided information to the FBI as part of his plea deal in 07-08 which remains under seal. However, this was brought up in a context of Epstein having been a FBI informant when he was meeting Peter Thiel, also reportedly a FBI informant, in 2014-2015 and it is not known if Epstein was still supplying the agency with «secret» information at that time.
Correction: During this interview, Whitney stated that Alfredo Rodriguez died in prison based off of information from a Fox News article used as a source in her latest article. Rodriguez actually died in 2014, shortly after serving his sentence.
